Website: FLLWcard.com Company: EVRY Media These Terms of Service govern your use of FLLW, including our website, digital business card tools, QR code features, mobile-friendly profile pages, contact-sharing features, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, using a FLLW profile, scanning a FLLW QR code, or accessing our services, you agree to these Terms. 1. What FLLW Is FLLW is a digital business card and contact-sharing platform. Users can create a digital profile that may include contact information, social media links, websites, business details, portfolio links, booking links, and other information they choose to share. FLLW allows users to share their contact information through a QR code, link, digital profile, downloadable contact card, or other digital method. 2. Account Registration To use certain features, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. You are also responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You agree not to create an account using false information, impersonate another person or business, or use FLLW for fraudulent purposes. 3. User Content You are responsible for any content, links, images, logos, names, descriptions, or information you upload or add to your FLLW profile. By using FLLW, you confirm that you have the right to use and share any content you upload. You agree not to upload or share content that is: * False, misleading, or fraudulent * Illegal or used to promote illegal activity * Harassing, hateful, threatening, or abusive * Sexually explicit or exploitative * Infringing on someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights * Designed to spread malware, phishing links, scams, or harmful software FLLW reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. 4. Profile Information and Contact Sharing Your FLLW profile may be visible to anyone who scans your QR code, clicks your profile link, or otherwise accesses your shared profile. You are responsible for deciding what information you choose to make public. FLLW is not responsible for how third parties use information that you voluntarily make public on your profile. 5. QR Codes and Links FLLW may generate QR codes or profile links for users. These QR codes and links are intended to direct people to your digital profile or contact information. You agree not to use FLLW QR codes or links for spam, scams, impersonation, illegal activity, misleading redirects, or unauthorized advertising. FLLW does not guarantee that QR codes will work forever if your account is canceled, suspended, expired, deleted, or if our service changes. 6. Subscriptions and Payments Some FLLW services may require payment through a monthly or yearly subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize EVRY Media, FLLW, or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the subscription plan you choose. Subscription prices, features, and billing terms may change over time. If pricing changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers before the change applies. 7. Renewals Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before renewal if you no longer wish to use the paid service. Failure to use your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. 8. Cancellations You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process made available through FLLW, your account settings, or the payment provider. Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically refund past payments. After cancellation, your access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated. 9. Refund Policy All digital subscription purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. Because FLLW provides immediate access to digital tools, profiles, QR codes, and account features, payments are generally non-refundable. FLLW may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund, credit, or account adjustment in limited situations. Any exception does not create a right to future refunds. 10. Free Trials, Discounts, and Promotions FLLW may offer free trials, discounts, promotional pricing, or special offers from time to time. Promotions may be changed, extended, limited, or discontinued at any time. If a free trial converts into a paid subscription, you are responsible for canceling before the trial ends if you do not want to be charged. 11. Acceptable Use You agree not to misuse FLLW or interfere with the platform. You may not: * Attempt to hack, damage, overload, or disrupt the service * Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems without permission * Use FLLW to send spam or deceptive messages * Upload harmful code, malware, or phishing links * Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform * Use FLLW to impersonate another person or company * Use FLLW in a way that violates laws or regulations 12. Business and Personal Use FLLW may be used by individuals, entrepreneurs, creators, professionals, employees, organizations, and businesses. If you create an account on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have permission to represent that business or organization. 13. Ownership of the Platform FLLW, including its name, branding, design, platform, software, features, graphics, layout, text, and technology, is owned by EVRY Media or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, duplicate, modify, or exploit any part of the platform without written permission. 14. Your Ownership of Your Content You retain ownership of the content you upload to your profile. However, by uploading content to FLLW, you give EVRY Media and FLLW permission to host, display, store, process, reproduce, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service. This permission ends when your content is deleted from the platform, except where backup, legal, technical, security, or recordkeeping retention is required. 15. Third-Party Links and Services FLLW profiles may include links to third-party websites, apps, booking pages, social media pages, payment platforms, or other services. FLLW is not responsible for third-party websites, content, services, policies, errors, outages, or actions. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. 16. Service Availability FLLW works to keep the service available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, technical issues, security concerns, payment issues, third-party provider problems, or events beyond our control. FLLW is not liable for lost business, missed opportunities, lost contacts, lost data, or damages caused by downtime or service interruptions. 17. Changes to Features FLLW may add, remove, update, limit, or modify features at any time. We may change how profiles, QR codes, contact cards, links, subscriptions, or other features work as the platform develops. 18. Account Suspension or Termination FLLW may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if: * You violate these Terms * Your payment fails * You misuse the platform * You upload prohibited content * You engage in fraud, spam, or impersonation * Your use creates legal, security, or operational risk We may also remove content that violates these Terms or creates risk for the platform, other users, or the public. 19. Data and Account Deletion You may request account deletion by contacting us or using account tools if available. Some information may be retained as required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, backup, or business record purposes. Account deletion may cause your FLLW profile, QR code destination, and shared contact information to stop working. 20. No Guarantee of Results FLLW helps users share contact information more easily, but we do not guarantee business leads, sales, followers, networking results, customer responses, or professional opportunities. Your results depend on how you use the service and how others interact with your profile. 21. Disclaimer of Warranties FLLW is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, compatible with every device, or meet every user’s expectations. To the fullest extent allowed by law, EVRY Media and FLLW disclaim all warranties, express or implied. 22. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, EVRY Media and FLLW will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. This includes damages related to lost business, lost contacts, lost data, QR code errors, downtime, unauthorized access, profile misuse, or third-party links. EVRY Media and FLLW’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to FLLW in the three months before the claim arose. 23. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EVRY Media, FLLW, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses related to: * Your use of FLLW * Your uploaded content * Your violation of these Terms * Your violation of another person’s rights * Your misuse of QR codes, links, or profile information 24. Updates to These Terms FLLW may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we may update the Terms on FLLWcard.com. Continued use of FLLW after updates means you accept the revised Terms. 25. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Michigan, unless otherwise required by law. 26.
